Why do bad things happen to good people? Michael Bennett is being unfairly picked on by people again! He was simply trying to celebrate with his Super Bowl-winning brother, and no one should get in the way of brothers connecting. This is just like the time he was running away from the scene of a shooting, and the police tackled him for absolutely no reason!
Now, allegedly, he pushed a paraplegic security guard to the ground, but I’m sure it was just a misunderstanding. He has always prided himself on being the first off the ball, which has resulted in him getting roughly 473 million offsides penalties in the last 3 years. With quickness like his, it’s a blessing and a curse, because once you start going, there’s no stopping him. Then again, maybe he didn’t hear or see anyone telling him to stop. Or maybe he ran out of gas! He got a flat tire! He didn’t have change for cab fare! He lost his tux at the cleaners! He locked his keys in the car! An old friend came in from out of town! Someone stole his car! There was an earthquake! A terrible flood! Locusts! IT WASN’T HIS FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD!
On a serious note, I am anxiously awaiting Bennett’s side of the story, because there are always two sides to the story. Plus, I’m sure this time he will be vindicated by the lack of video evidence disproving everything that he said happened.
