Every good story has a turning point, and the Boston Celtics have finally experienced theirs

The 2018-19 Celtics might be the most confusing team ever, but it makes for a great story at family events. For some odd reason, the basketball gods thought it’d be a sick joke to make every Celtics fan have some sort of heart attack or mental breakdown at some point during the season. I, for one, have had many, and after each loss I’ll catch myself staring at the ceiling, imagining what life could be if the Boston Celtics loved me as much as I love them.

Anywho, I have brought all of my beautiful readers here today to praise the word of Guerschon Yabusele—THE BOSTON CELTICS ARE BACK BABY.

Yes, I am completely using my love for the Celtics as bias, but hear me out. We start a four-game roady against the best team in the league and not only beat them, but sent all of them back down to high school level basketball. Klay Thompson, in fact, did not play, but let’s act like we didn’t know that. After completely sending the Warriors into oblivion, the C’s visited the up-and-coming and very young and talented Kings, who are well known for pushing the pace. After a close game (of course) the Celtics came out victorious, but let’s not miss the point. The Kings are a completely different team, and for the first time in years aren’t the joke of the league. From having to face the best team in the league, to then having to face one of the best young teams in the league with one of the faster paced offenses, I’d say I’m impressed.

I know it’s just two games, but from what I’ve seen there’s a different sense of urgency and a more laid back vibe. Where did this all occur? On the damn plane ride to Golden State.

Kyrie stated that the long plane ride did something for them, and I can’t wait to hear what it was. I don’t know if they all finally decided to scrap, or finally realized the only way to be successful is to be a FAMILY. Every great team has its ups and downs, but that’s what the team has to realize—it’s never going to be perfect. With all the hate and controversy that has been taking place this season, it’ll ultimately bring the team closer together. I’m glad that everyone is doubting them, I’m glad Kyrie rumors keep going around, I’m glad all the negative attention is on the Celtics. Keep bringing it. The Celtics, just like the Patriots, will peak at the end of the season, and will go on one of the best underdog runs ever.

I get that the Celtics shouldn’t be considered underdogs, but how did the media portray the Pats? And how is the media portraying the Celtics? Bring it on people, bring it the fook on.

This 2018-19 Celtics team will be one of the most unique teams ever. There’s just something about Boston teams and either peaking at the end of the season, or completely blowing it. From what I’ve been taught, the struggle is always worth the reward in the end.
